Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ServerNest ("we", "us") collects through this website (servernest.io and its subdomains docs.servernest.io and status.servernest.io), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the ServerNest product dashboard, which will have its own terms and privacy notice when it launches.

The short version

• We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms or by email.
• We don't use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
• We don't sell your data, and we only use it to reply to you and tell you about ServerNest.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you request early access or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address and, optionally, your role, the number of servers you manage, the topic and your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Technical information

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the pages requested and an approximate country derived from your IP address. We include the approximate country with form submissions to understand where interest comes from. We don't build profiles from this data.

Cookies

We don't set cookies for analytics or advertising. Our infrastructure provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your messages and early-access requests.
• To send you updates about ServerNest's beta, if you requested early access. Every update lets you unsubscribe.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, security and email forwarding.
• Resend — delivery of form submissions to our inbox and of emails we send you.
• Google — web fonts (Google Fonts). Your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
• Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where we receive and read your messages.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access and contact requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep you informed about the beta, and delete them within 24 months of our last interaction unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@servernest.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, and access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

Children

This website is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
