Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of the ServerNest website at servernest.io and its subdomains docs.servernest.io and status.servernest.io (the "Website"). By using the Website you agree to them. The ServerNest service itself, including the dashboard and server agent, will be covered by separate terms that you'll accept when you create an account.

1. About the Website

The Website gives information about ServerNest, a product that is currently in development. Descriptions of features, supported platforms and timelines reflect our current plans and may change. Nothing on the Website is a promise that a particular feature will be available, or available by a particular date.

2. Early access

Requesting early access doesn't create a contract or guarantee you a place in the beta. We may invite participants at our discretion. Any beta use will be governed by the terms presented at that time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure, or interfere with its operation;
  • send spam, malicious code, or false information through our forms;
  • scrape or copy the Website in bulk by automated means, other than standard search-engine indexing.

Good-faith security research is welcome. Please report issues privately to security@servernest.io and give us reasonable time to fix them before disclosure.

4. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, design, the ServerNest name and logo, is owned by ServerNest or its licensors. You may share links to the Website and quote short extracts with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the Website's accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ServerNest isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data you share through the Website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
